Questions.
How is the art made?
Your portrait is created from your photo with AI image tools, using styles we've designed and tuned. That's how we can show you a preview in about a minute and keep prices low.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see, straight on or slightly turned. Skip heavy filters. Phone photos are perfect, and old printed photos work too if you snap a clear picture of them.
What do I get with the $19 digital portrait?
A high-resolution JPG with no watermark, available to download right after checkout and emailed to you. Use it for your phone, social posts or prints at home.
How long does a canvas take?
Canvases are printed to order, usually within 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. US delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email when it ships. Every canvas includes the high-res digital file, ready to download right after checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Digital portraits work anywhere in the world. Canvases ship free within the US, and to Canada, the UK, Ireland, the EU, Australia and New Zealand for $29 (16 × 20 and 24 × 36) or $69 (30 × 40). The 40 × 60 canvas ships to US addresses only.
What if I don't love it?
You see your preview before you pay, so there are no surprises. If your file has a problem or your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll make it right. See our refund and shipping policy.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your art. Photos and previews you don't buy are deleted within 7 days. We never post your photo or sell your data. See our privacy policy.
