QUESTIONS

Does my code expire?

No. Gift card and canvas codes never expire.

Can I use it more than once?

Each code works once, on one order. If your order costs less than the code is worth, the rest doesn't carry over, so pick something that uses it up.

What if my order costs more than the code?

You pay the difference at checkout with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is free in the US. Canvases can also ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, the EU, Australia and New Zealand for a shipping fee shown at checkout.

Where do I type the code?

On the secure payment page, look for "Add promotion code" in the order summary (on phones, tap the summary to open it). Type or paste the code and tap Apply.

It says my code isn't valid.

Check that it's typed exactly as printed, including the dashes (like PPG-7K3Q-9X2M), or copy and paste it. Canvas codes (PPR-) need an order of $99 or more, like the 16×20 canvas. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.

Can I combine it with another code?

Checkout takes one code per order.
