White and cream dogs
Skip harsh midday sun, which washes out white fur. Open shade or an overcast day keeps the detail.
Ears up, head tilt
Squeak a toy or say a word they love just above the lens. You'll get the alert look in one or two tries.

Does it work for every breed?
Yes. Any breed or mix works, as long as the face is clear and in focus. Very dark or very fluffy faces come out best in good, even light.
Can two dogs be in one portrait?
Yes, if they're in the same photo with both faces clear. The portrait is made from one photo, so we can't combine dogs from separate pictures.
Can I add my dog's name?
Yes. The Name & date add-on ($9) prints up to 32 characters in a band along the bottom of the art, like "Bailey · Est. 2019". On ornaments it goes on the back.
Is it hand-painted?
No. The portrait is made from your photo with AI image tools, using styles we've designed. That's how you can see your dog's portrait free in about a minute, before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Each canvas is printed to order in 2 to 5 business days, then US delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days. For Christmas delivery in the US, order by December 7.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See the refund and shipping policy.
